COVID-19 PLAN

Due to continued recommendations from officials and medical professionals, Morning Star Church leadership has decided to hold all services remotely until further notice. Our offices will also be closed; all events will be postponed; and our staff will be working remotely during normal business hours.

With the heightened awareness and public concerns regarding the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19), we want to assure you that public health and safety concerns are our highest priority. We are closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation and will update all pertinent information here.

STATEMENT OF FAITH DURING THE COVID-19 CRISIS

Pastor-Frazier-221x300.png

We are committed to reinvent the ways in which we worship, serve and exercise the spiritual disciplines that forge strong faith and spiritual growth! Using all the innovative solutions at our disposal, we will continue to evolve – fulfilling the mission of the church to glorify God, build up the body of Christ  and sound the alarm, “that God so loved the world, that He gave his only son that we might be saved.”

We stand remembering that we are the light of the world and the salt of the earth. We are empowered in faith for such a time as this! We arise up to serve and minister strength and healing as we face an uncertain future trusting in the certainty of our God.

We believe that church of the living God is empowered in faith for the times that we are facing during the coronavirus outbreak. We are confident that this raging pandemic did not take God by surprise! Therefore, we rest in faith knowing that God has gone before us and made a way for us to not only survive, but grow in faith and love during this global challenge to our very humanity.

As the body of faithful believers in Jesus the Christ, we rest in faith knowing that God is with us now in strength and power and will be with us through the days of the dire predictions ahead. For, God has not given us the spirit of fear but of power, love and a strong mind, (Eph 5).
